HOW TO ORDER - (See Delayed Shipment Notice, Below, for order placed between July 3 and July 15, 2009

PayPal Shopping Cart: Click on the "Add to Cart" button by each catalog item to add it to your shopping cart. If you desire to order more than one copy of an item, change the number in the box to the number of each such item you with to order. Checking the "Continue Shopping" button on the Shopping Cart will take you back to the catalog so you can select and add more item to your shopping cart. When you have completed adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the "Update" button" to see the total amount of your merchandise order, and then click the "Checkout" button on the cart and follow the instruction to complete the order.

Secure Online Order Form: Click here for Secure Online Ordering using your credit card. This will bring up a secure online order form similar to our printable order form on which you can check the items you wish to order, complete the payment and shipping information on the form, and submit it to us online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

Telephone, Fax, or Mail. You may order by telephone using your credit card at (206) 323-1112 (Seattle) between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, Pacific Time. Fax Orders using a credit card can be sent to us at (206) 329-2416. Mail order can be sent to us at Voyager Recordings, 424 35th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122 using our printable Order Form. Checks and money orders should be made payable to "Voyager Recordings." If you do not use our PayPal Shopping Cart, you will have to note down the production number or name of the item being ordered and find and select it on the order form, either online or on our mail-in form.

Shipping. Orders for CDs and books are shipped by media mail in the U. S., except when first class is appropriate for small packages. Shipping charges are as follows:

Order Receipt Notices - We have no automatic email "receipt of order" notice system yet. Orders typically are shipped a day or so after receipt, unless we are out fiddling for a few days. If you need to know the status of your order, please send us your request by email to info@voyagerrecords.com, or call us at (206) 323-1112. We do keep shipment records for each order. Credit card information is not kept by us, but is destroyed immediately upon clearing the charge with our Merchant Account Service Provider (See our "Privacy Statement").

DELAYED ORDER SHIPMENT NOTICE: We will not be able to process or ship orders received between July 3 and July 15 until July 17, 2009. All of us will be at the Wallowa Fiddle Camp and National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center.
